Our Philosophy

We take great pride in what we do.  We are selective in the personal injury, medical malpractice, and wrongful death cases that we accept.  We only take those cases that we believe to be meritorious and that justify our commitment to provide quality legal representation for the individuals and families we represent.

Contact our office if you believe you have a claim

We charge no fee to answer your questions or for an initial consultation.  Your ability to obtain quality representation does not depend on your financial situation.  Our firm handles all injury, malpractice and wrongful death claims on a contingent fee basis. About Us

The majority of our practice involves representing victims of serious personal injury, medical malpractice and wrongful death.  We have earned a strong reputation in the legal community because of our commitment to our clients and accomplishments in the courtroom.

What to expect at our first meeting

Although most personal injury, medical malpractice and wrongful death cases resolve, we prepare your case in anticipation that it will go to trial.  This starts with the initial interview.

Our first meeting will be thorough, typically lasting as long as two hours or more, depending on the complexity of the case.  We will work with your schedule to find a convenient time to meet.  You will meet with an attorney and, if your claim involves a question of medical malpractice, a registered nurse will also attend

Our staff will prepare you for the initial meeting to advise you what documents you should bring, depending on the nature of the case.  If those documents are not available to you, we will obtain them in advance of our meeting.

During the initial meeting, you will be asked detailed questions regarding information relevant to the issues in your case.  When the interview is concluded, the attorney will give you an overview of the issues in your case, a discussion of how the law in Ohio applies, and a full description of what is involved in your representation.  Any questions that you may have regarding your case and the attorney’s representation will be addressed.  Our goal is to provide our clients with a thorough understanding of their case so that you know exactly what the issues are and what the attorney will be doing on your behalf.  We work hard to take the confusion and mystery out of the process.  You should leave the initial meeting with all your questions answered.
